Broccoli casserole with crispy buttery cracker topping.
Ingredients:
  • 10 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans cream-style corn
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 0.75 cup crushed buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine the broccoli, corn, egg, salt, and pepper in a 3-quart casserole dish.
  • Combine the crushed crackers and butter in a small bowl; then, sprinkle the mixture over the broccoli.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until the crackers are beautifully golden brown, which should take 30 to 40 minutes.
