15-minute Parmesan tilapia fillets: Moist, flaky, and broiled to perfection for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 pounds tilapia fillets
Instructions:
  • Position the oven rack 4 inches below the broiler and preheat the broiler. Cover the broiler pan with aluminum foil.
  • Combine Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, basil, pepper, onion powder, and celery salt in a bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  • Place the tilapia fillets in a single layer on the pan.
  • Preheat the oven and broil the fillets for 4 minutes, flipping halfway through. Spread the Parmesan mixture over the fillets. Broil until the topping is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 2 more minutes, being careful not to overcook.
