Tasty broiled tilapia with a flavorful honey-soy marinade. A must-try for seafood lovers!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tilapia fillets
Instructions:
  • Combine olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and garlic in a small bowl. Then, transfer each tilapia fillet into its own resealable zip-top bag.
  • Divide the marinade evenly between the two bags. Seal them tightly and chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
  • Position oven rack 6 inches from heat source and preheat broiler.
  • Take the fillets out of the marinade, shake off any extra marinade, and lay them on a broiling pan with a drip pan or baking sheet below. Dispose of the leftover marinade.
  • Place the fillets in the preheated oven and broil for 3 to 4 minutes. Then, flip the fillets and continue cooking until the fish easily flakes with a fork, which should take about 2 to 3 minutes longer.
