Broiled chicken wings in peanut-honey-lime sauce, topped with sesame seeds for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil
  • 12 chicken wings
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.33333334326744 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves, packed
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the broiler and prepare a 15x10x1-inch baking pan by lining it with Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil*.
  • Trim and remove wing tips. Cut wings at joints to yield 24 pieces. Place wing pieces in a large bowl and set aside.
  • In a food processor or blender, blend peanut butter, water, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic until smooth. Reserve 1/3 cup of the sauce for coating the chicken wings. Toss the chicken wings in the reserved sauce. Blend cilantro with the remaining sauce. Place chicken pieces in a single layer in a prepared pan.
  • Position wings 4 to 5 inches from the heat source and broil for 10 minutes. Flip wings over and continue broiling for another 10 minutes until golden brown and tender. Remove excess fat by draining.
  • Decoratively arrange the wings on a serving platter, generously sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve alongside the rich, reserved peanut sauce.
