Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon

Honey mustard glazed broiled salmon for a delicious seafood meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 salmon fillet (1 lb)
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Place the salmon, skin side down, in a shallow glass or plastic dish. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the salmon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, but no longer than 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to broil. Take the salmon out of the marinade, keeping the marinade aside. Place the salmon skin side down on the broiler pan rack. Broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Brush the salmon with the marinade 2 to 3 times during cooking until it flakes easily with a fork. Dispose of any extra marinade.
