Flavorful balsamic glazed salmon fillets with a delicious mix of vinegar, garlic, honey, wine, and Dijon mustard, baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • aluminum foil
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.33333334326744 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 (5 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Prepare a small saucepan with a light coat of nonstick cooking spray over medium heat. Sauté garlic in the pan until soft, for about 3 minutes. Add balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, white wine, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer without a lid until it thickens slightly, approximately 3 minutes.
  • Lay the salmon fillets out on the baking sheet. Coat them with a delicious balsamic glaze and sprinkle with fragrant oregano.
  • Bake in the oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10-14 minutes. Brush with the remaining glaze, season with salt and pepper. Gently transfer the fillets to a serving platter, leaving the skin behind.
