Effortlessly create a delicious balsamic-glazed salmon for a quick and satisfying weeknight dinner!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (4 ounce) skin-on salmon fillets
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions:
  • Season both sides of the salmon generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sear the salmon skin-side down for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Combine balsamic vinegar and honey, then drizzle over the salmon. Cook over low heat until the salmon easily flakes with a fork, about 5-6 minutes. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top to finish before serving.
