Quick and impressive sweet and savory salmon fillets ready in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 salmon fillet (2 lb), cut into 6 serving pieces
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Thinly sliced green onions, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Arrange salmon, skin side down, on the prepared sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  • Combine the syrup, vinegar, and garlic in a small bowl, whisking until well mixed. Brush half of the glaze over the salmon.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then brush with the rest of the glaze. Continue baking for 5 more minutes, or until the fish easily flakes with a fork. Finish with a garnish of onions.
