Sticky maple-glazed carrots & parsnips

Elevate roasted vegetables with a sweet maple syrup and peppery balsamic glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 3 carrots, peeled, cut into batons
  • 2 parsnips, peeled, cut into batons
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) Maple Syrup
  • 40.00 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Combine carrots, parsnips, maple syrup, vinegar, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture into a lined baking dish and bake until golden and tender, about 45-50 minutes.
