Tender baby back ribs glazed in a sticky sweet maple-brown sugar sauce with a tangy kick from Worcestershire, mustard, ketchup, and vinegar.
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds baby back pork ribs
  • 0.75 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon mustard powder
Instructions:
  • Add the ribs to a large pot and cover them with water. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour until the meat is tender. Drain the ribs and place them in a shallow dish.
  • Combine maple syrup, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and mustard powder in a saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil, cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Let cool, then pour over ribs and refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate.
  • Set up the grill for indirect heat. Take the ribs out of the marinade. Pour the marinade into a small saucepan and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Brush grate with a touch of oil. Grill for approximately 20 minutes, continuously brushing with the marinade for a beautiful glaze.
