Try our nutty and healthy lentil side dish for a flavorful meal option.
Ingredients:
  • 400g can lentils, drained, rinsed
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red capsicum, chopped
  • 1 birds eye chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 21.00 gm lime juice
  • 12.20 gm fish sauce
  • 82.50 ml fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
  • Combine lentils, red onion, tomato, green onion, capsicum, chilli, lime juice, and fish sauce in a large bowl. Season with pepper, toss gently, sprinkle with fresh coriander, and serve.
