Unique cranberry sauce recipe perfect for Thanksgiving or as a festive appetizer with Brie and crackers.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries
  • 0.75 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 large orange, juiced and zested
  • 9 tablespoons port wine
Instructions:
  • Combine cranberries, brown sugar, orange zest, orange juice, and port wine in a large saucepan. Boil over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves. Simmer on medium-low heat until cranberries pop and sauce thickens, about 15 minutes. Cool and refrigerate overnight before serving.
