Brownie and Yogurt Chocolate Trifle

Decadent chocolate brownie and granola parfait with airy whipped cream and tangy yogurt. Delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt
  • 1 container (12 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 box (4-serving size) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 box (6 oz) Nature Valley™ dark chocolate granola thins
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 13x9-inch pan with foil and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
  • Prepare the brownie batter following the instructions on the box, then spread it evenly in a pan. Bake according to the box instructions and allow to cool completely for about 1 hour.
  • Combine yogurt and half of the whipped topping in a medium bowl, mixing well. In another medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until thick and smooth, then fold in the remaining whipped topping.
  • Cut the brownies into 1-inch squares. Arrange half of the squares at the bottom of a 3-quart glass bowl. Spread half of the yogurt mixture over the brownies. Coarsely crush 9 granola thins, reserving 1/3 cup. Sprinkle the remaining granola crumbs over the yogurt layer. Layer with all of the pudding mixture, followed by the rest of the brownie squares. Top with the remaining yogurt mixture. Sprinkle the reserved 1/3 cup granola crumbs on top. Garnish with the remaining granola thin.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours before serving. Keep leftovers covered in the fridge.
