Indulge in irresistible brownie-cheesecake cupcakes for the ultimate sweet treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.4 ounce) package brownie mix (such as Pillsbury®)
  • 0.66666668653488 cup oil
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Prepare the decadent brownie batter by thoroughly blending the brownie mix, rich oil, fresh eggs, and water in a bowl until perfectly mixed.
  • Prepare the decadent cheesecake batter by combining cream cheese, sugar, butter, flour, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  • Fill the prepared muffin cups halfway with brownie batter. Add a layer of cheesecake batter, then top with more brownie batter. Save any extra brownie batter for later.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted in the brownie part comes out clean, approximately 20-25 minutes.
  • Take out of the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
