Brownie Mix-Black Bean Brownies

Indulgent brownies made moist and rich with a hidden twist of black beans, using just 4 simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package brownie mix
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, divided
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Puree black beans with water until silky in a blender, then transfer to a bowl. Mix in brownie mix until well combined, then gently fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Transfer batter into a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side of the pan comes out clean, for around 25-27 minutes. Let brownies cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
