Elevate your stir-fry game with savory Brussels sprouts and buttery sauce for a fast and fancy dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (10 oz) frozen baby Brussels sprouts & butter sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 3/4 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak, trimmed of fat, cut into 1/8-inch slices
  • 1 medium red, yellow or orange bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 small onion, cut into 1/4-inch wedges
  • 1/3 cup stir-fry sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, if desired
  • 2 cups hot cooked brown rice, cooked without salt
Instructions:
  • Cook the Brussels sprouts according to the instructions on the box for optimal tenderness.
  • In a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the beef in oil until no longer pink, about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from pan.
  • In a skillet, sauté bell pepper and onion for 2 minutes. Stir in stir-fry sauce and red pepper flakes. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add beef and Brussels sprouts with butter sauce; heat through for about 1 minute. Serve with rice.
