Irresistible Brussels sprouts dish with grapes, green onions, and garlic. A flavor explosion that will have you coming back for more!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and scored
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 bunches green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan, cook the Brussels sprouts, water, and salt until the sprouts are tender yet firm, about 10 minutes on high heat.
  • In a large saucepan over medium low heat, sauté the olive oil, garlic, and green onions for 5 minutes until the green onions are soft. Add the Brussels sprouts, grapes, and butter. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
