"Delicious roasted Brussels sprouts with garlic, sweet grapes, and fragrant rosemary."
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 cups red seedless grapes
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • lemon wedges for serving
  • 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a generously sized oven-proof skillet, heat oil over high heat until it shimmers. Place Brussels sprouts in the skillet with their cut sides facing down. Sear until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add grapes and garlic, then garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the sprouts are tender.
  • Season the sprouts with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the sprouts. Optionally, discard the rosemary before serving. Sprinkle with more black pepper for an extra kick.
