Award-winning Buffalo Ranch Chex® Party Mix inspired by hot wings, with a blend of Chex cereals, spices, and ranch dressing.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
- 4 cups Wheat Chex™ cereal
- 2 cups Parmesan-flavored crackers
- 2 cups pretzel twists
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Frank's™ RedHot™ Original cayenne pepper sauce
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 2 teaspoons celery seed
Instructions:
- Combine cereals, crackers, and pretzels in a large microwave-safe bowl, and set aside. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt butter uncovered on High for about 40 seconds. Mix in hot sauce and seasonings. Pour the mixture over the cereals, crackers, and pretzels, and stir until well coated.
- Microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring well every 2 minutes. Allow to cool on paper towels, then store in an airtight container.
