Elevate your routine chicken and rice with zesty buffalo wing sauce for a flavorful twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 2 medium stalks celery, thinly sliced (1 cup)
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/2 cup Frank's™ RedHot™ Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
Instructions:
  • Prepare rice according to package instructions. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, sauté chicken and celery until chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat and stir in diced tomatoes and wing sauce.
  • Prepare an 8-inch square baking dish by coating it with cooking spray. Add the cooked rice into the dish, then layer the chicken mixture over the rice without mixing them together.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the center is hot, then drizzle dressing on top.
