Buffalo Potato and Chicken Casserole

Spicy buffalo chicken and potatoes made quick and delicious with Betty Crocker® Ultimate potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (6.2 oz) Betty Crocker™ Ultimate au gratin potatoes
  • Milk, butter and boiling water called for on potatoes box
  • 2 cups chopped deli rotisserie chicken (from 2-lb chicken)
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons Frank's™ RedHot™ Original cayenne pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Prepare potatoes according to package instructions for a 2-quart casserole dish. Combine chicken, celery, and pepper sauce with cheese sauce, then fold in the potatoes. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until potatoes are soft.
  • Sprinkle blue cheese over hot casserole and serve promptly.
