Elevate grilled potatoes with a rich butter coating and a decadent cheesy dip, perfect for pairing with any meat dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar or white vinegar
  • 3 to 4 teaspoons red pepper sauce
  • 4 unpeeled medium potatoes (about 1 1/4 lb)
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Combine butter, vinegar, pepper sauce, and salt in a shallow dish. Cut each potato into 4 wedges lengthwise and dry them with paper towels. Dip the potato wedges into the butter mixture, saving any extra for later.
  • Grill potatoes over medium heat, covered, for 25 to 35 minutes. Brush with butter mixture, turning occasionally, until tender. Serve with dressing.
