Zesty Buffalo chicken cheese ball - the ultimate party appetizer or tailgate snack!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 (5 ounce) cans chicken chunks, drained
  • 1 tablespoon Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®), or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoon minced garlic, or to taste
  • 0.5 (1 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix
Instructions:
  • Cream together cream cheese and chicken until creamy. Stir in Buffalo sauce, mayonnaise, garlic, and ranch dressing mix until fully combined.
  • Place the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and wrap it tightly into a ball shape. Chill in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
