Indulgent buffalo chicken dip, a creamy and spicy crowd-pleaser for game day, ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce or your favorite hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles, to top (optional)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, to top
  • Vegetable sticks, crackers, or sliced baguette, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F with a rack positioned in the center.
  • Make the sauce: Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Remember to pause and scrape the sides. Add grated cheese, hot sauce, dried herbs, garlic, granulated onion, salt, and pepper. Blend until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the shredded chicken until fully incorporated.
  • Bake until bubbly: Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch pie or square baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Top with blue cheese crumbles and cilantro (if desired) and serve with vegetable sticks, crackers, or sliced baguette.
