Buffalo chicken dip stuffed in crescent dough, baked into tasty game day bites.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup hot sauce
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.25 cup minced onion
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 (5 ounce) cans chicken chunks, drained
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Combine cream cheese, spicy hot sauce, creamy ranch dressing, chopped onion, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Gently fold in the savory chicken.
  • On a work surface, gently flatten crescent roll dough into a thin layer, making sure not to tear it. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out 3-inch pieces of dough. Place approximately 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in the center of each dough piece. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together using a fork to seal.
  • Place the pockets on a baking sheet, then generously brush them with butter and sprinkle each one with delicious Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the oven until beautifully golden for around 15 minutes.
