Slow cooker Buffalo chicken dip: Creamy, cheesy, zesty, and tastes like Buffalo chicken wings, with just 5 simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
  • 0.75 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch celery, cut into 4-inch pieces
  • 1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers
Instructions:
  • Assemble all the ingredients.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, warm chicken and hot pepper sauce for 3 to 5 minutes. Add cream cheese and ranch dressing, stirring until well blended and warm for another 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Incorporate half of the Cheddar cheese into the mixture, then transfer it into a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Cook covered on Low heat until the dip is hot and bubbly, approximately 35 minutes.
  • Accompany with crispy celery sticks and crunchy crackers.
