Buffalo chicken burger bursting with bold flavors piled high on a bun.
Ingredients:
  • 1 3/4 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup Frank's™ RedHot™ Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1 to 3 drops Frank's™ RedHot™ Original cayenne pepper sauce
  • 6 burger buns, split
  • 6 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • 1/4 cup refrigerated chunky blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Brush grill rack with oil. In a large bowl, combine chicken, wing sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into six 1/2-inch thick patties, approximately 4 inches wide, then grill them over medium heat with the lid on for 10-12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F in the center of the patty.
  • First, grill the buns with the cut sides facing down until toasted. Next, assemble each burger by placing lettuce and a patty on the bottom bun. Then, mix together the dressing and blue cheese in a small bowl. Finally, spread the dressing mixture on top of the patties and cover with the bun tops.
