Indulgent blue cheese sauce elevates grilled chicken sandwiches with minimal effort. Blend sauce as chicken cooks for a time-saving meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (1 oz)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons Frank's™ RedHot™ Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 4 kaiser rolls, split
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Combine blue cheese, sour cream, celery seed, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl; set aside.
  • Place a chicken breast boned side up between two pieces of plastic wrap or waxed paper. Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, gently pound the chicken from the center outward until slightly flattened.
  • Once the grill is hot, generously brush each chicken breast with 1 tablespoon of zesty wing sauce. Place the chicken on the grill over medium heat, whether gas or charcoal, and cover. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping once, until a meat thermometer inserted into the center reads 170°F.
  • In the final 2 minutes of cooking, grill the kaiser rolls cut side down until they are golden brown, for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Lay the grilled chicken on the bottom halves of the rolls, then spoon over the creamy blue cheese mixture. Finish by placing the top halves of the rolls on and, for extra flavor, offer additional Buffalo wing sauce on the side.
