Create adorable Easter bunny cottontails with white marshmallows, perfect for a fun project with the kids.
Ingredients:
  • 80g coconut
  • 2 x240g pkts Brand marshmallows
  • 200g white chocolate melts
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper. Spread out 1 cup (80g) of desiccated coconut evenly on a plate.
  • Divide the white marshmallows from each packet. Melt the white chocolate melts in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring occasionally with a metal spoon for 5 minutes until melted. Remove from heat.
  • Using a fork, coat 1 white marshmallow in chocolate and tap off excess. Toss in coconut and place on lined tray. Repeat with remaining marshmallows. Let sit for 30 mins to set.
