Whip up adorable bunny cupcakes using Betty’s cake mix and fluffy frosting for a fun springtime project with the kids. Easy to make and sure to be a family favorite. Hop to it!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 2 tubs (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Fluffy White Frosting
  • 11 large marshmallows
  • Betty Crocker™ Pink Decorating Sugar
  • Betty Crocker™ Dessert Decorations Candy Eyeballs
  • Heart-shaped candy decorations and sprinkles, as desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick pans). Line 22 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions and bake as directed. Let the muffins cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • Cut large marshmallows crosswise into quarters using kitchen shears. Press one side of the cut edges into pink sugar, flattening slightly, and pinch the ends together to form an ear shape.
  • Frost and decorate the cupcakes using the photo as a reference. Keep the decorated cupcakes loosely covered at room temperature.
