Indulge in crispy roast potatoes with a burger twist, made with Coles' Special Burger Sauce. Quick prep for creamy, tangy potatoes perfect for any meal or a tasty snack.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg Red Royale potatoes, peeled, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 120g (1/2 cup) Burger Sauce, plus extra, to serve
  • 40.00 ml Special Burger Pickles
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 220C/200C fan-forced and prepare a large baking tray by greasing and lining it with non-stick baking paper.
  • In a large saucepan, cover the potato with cold water, bring to a boil over high heat with the lid on. Boil uncovered for 6-8 minutes until the potato is nearly tender. Drain well.
  • Put the potato back in the saucepan over low heat. Shake the pan for 1 minute until excess water is gone, giving the potato a rustic texture. Stir in the burger sauce until well mixed.
  • Pour the remaining burger sauce evenly over the prepared tray. Spread the potato mixture in a single layer, drizzle with the rest of the sauce, and bake for 40 minutes until golden and tender, flipping halfway through.
  • Transfer the potato to a serving dish, sprinkle with pickles, and serve with extra burger sauce. Enjoy these Burger sauce roast potatoes!
