Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 cups red wine
  • 1 (.75 ounce) packet dry brown gravy mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Arrange the pork in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add onion and celery on top, then pour wine over everything.
