Creamy frozen dessert with graham cracker crust, caramel swirls, and pecan-oat crumble.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.33000001311302 cup butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup quick cooking oats
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.75 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar caramel topping
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to create the perfect cooking environment.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup melted butter, and white sugar in a medium bowl until fully combined. Firmly press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Bake in the oven until just set, around 6 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and pecans until evenly combined. Gently press the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, approximately 10-15 minutes. Crumble the mixture while it's warm, then allow it to cool completely.
  • In a large mixing bowl, smoothly beat cream cheese, blend in condensed milk until fully incorporated, and gently fold in whipped topping.
  • Layer half of the luscious cream cheese mixture onto the golden crust in the springform pan. Add half of the delectable oat crumbles on top, followed by half of the irresistible caramel sauce. Repeat the layers to create a symphony of flavors. Freeze until perfectly firm for at least 4 hours. Finally, gently remove the pan sides and enjoy this heavenly dessert chilled.
