Whip up a delicious Betty Crocker fruit dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large cantaloupe
  • 1 pint (2 cups) butter pecan ice cream
  • 1 cup real maple syrup
  • 8 pecan halves
Instructions:
  • Slice the cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds. Cut each half into 8 wedges and peel the skin off each wedge.
  • Place 2 cantaloupe wedges in a shallow bowl for each serving. Add a 1/4-cup scoop of ice cream on top. Drizzle with approximately 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and finish by topping with a pecan half.
