Ingredients:
  • 200g green button squash, halved
  • 200g gold button squash, halved
  • 20g butter
  • 62.50 ml fresh continental parsley leaves
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Steam the squash until tender, then gently toss with butter, parsley, salt, and pepper in a frying pan over medium heat. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot.
