Irresistible cookie recipe with Butterfinger pieces and chunky peanut butter - a family favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.66666698455811 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1.25 cups crunchy peanut butter
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 5 (2.1 ounce) bars chocolate-covered crispy peanut butter candy
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease the baking sheets.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy and fluffy. Add the egg whites and beat until well combined. Mix in the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  • Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Blend into the creamed mixture until well combined. Fold in the chopped candy bars. Form the dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and arrange them on the baking sheets.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Cool cookies on wire racks.
