Indulge in decadent Butterfinger brownies, perfect for any occasion. Cut into bite-sized squares for a delightful crunchy twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups cake flour
  • 0.75 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 0.75 cup butter, cut into pieces
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 22 pieces NESTLE® BUTTERFINGER® Bites Candy, chopped, divided
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F and line a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with foil.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt until fully combined.
  • - In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate and butter on HIGH power for 45 seconds; stir. Microwave for another 30 seconds, then stir until smooth and melted. If needed, microwave in 15-second intervals. - Whisk in sugar, then add and whisk in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla extract and gradually mix in the flour mixture. - Finally, fold in half of the chopped Butterfinger and spoon the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs attached. Let it cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes, then sprinkle the top with the remaining chopped Butterfinger. Allow it to cool completely before cutting into 2-inch squares.
