Creamy mashed potatoes infused with tangy buttermilk and fragrant dill, ideal for pairing with any roast.
Ingredients:
  • 6 medium white potatoes, peeled
  • 0.75 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon powder
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, cover potatoes with salted water and bring to a boil. Simmer on medium-low heat until tender, about 20 to 30 minutes. Drain and mash in a large bowl.
  • Combine the buttermilk, butter, bouillon powder, dill, salt, and pepper, then mash until creamy.
