Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1.25 cups buttermilk
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and give your baking sheet a gentle grease.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix in buttermilk and melted butter until a soft dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and shape into a 3/4-inch thick, 4-inch wide rectangle. Cut into 8 equal pieces and arrange on the baking sheet.
