Indulge in a decadent dessert of bananas, nuts, and rich butterscotch sauce tonight.
Ingredients:
  • 60g (3 tbsp) butter
  • 85g soft brown sugar
  • 125mls (1/2 cup) thin cream
  • 60g pecan nuts, roughly chopped
  • 4 large ripe bananas
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter with brown sugar, stirring occasionally, until thick and smooth for about 6 minutes. Then, stir in cream and simmer for another 5-6 minutes.
  • Peel and quarter the bananas, then mix in the chopped pecans until well combined.
  • Arrange the bananas on plates, drizzle with the sauce, and enjoy!
