Chewy blonde brownies with butterscotch chips for extra deliciousness.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix with pudding
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 eggs, divided
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 cup butterscotch-flavored chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, butter, and 1 egg until a crumbly mixture forms.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes, then take it out of the oven and generously top it with pecans and butterscotch chips.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, 2 eggs, and vanilla. Drizzle mixture evenly over the chocolate chips.
  • Continue baking for an additional 25 to 30 minutes until the center is fully set. Allow to cool completely. Cut into bars and store covered at room temperature.
