Butterscotch Cake-Mix Blondies

Indulgent butterscotch and pecan blondies with a delectable brown sugar cake mix base.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously coat a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Mix together cake mix, melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl until well combined. Add butterscotch chips and pecans, then spread the batter in the pan.
  • Bake for 24 to 28 minutes until beautifully golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool thoroughly for about 1 hour.
  • Cut the dish into 24 equal portions and store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
