Indulge in Butterscotch Pecan Bars made with Duncan Hines French Vanilla Cake Mix - a delightful treat for sharing.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe® French Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 0.75 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) package butterscotch chips
  • 1.5 cups chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and generously grease a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly-roll pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer on low speed. Then gently fold in butterscotch chips and pecans before spreading in a pan.
  • Bake at 375°F until golden brown, for about 20-25 minutes. Let it cool completely, then cut into bars.
