Ingredients:
- 500ml (2 cups) milk
- 100g good-quality dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 125ml (1/2 cup) butterscotch schnapps
- Marshmallows, to serve
Instructions:
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it is almost boiling, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Split the chocolate evenly between 2 tall heatproof glasses, then pour in the hot milk and butterscotch schnapps. Garnish with marshmallows before serving.
