Pasta with savory sauteed cabbage, the perfect meat pairing!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package farfalle (bow tie) pasta
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of gently salted water to a boil. Add farfalle pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the pasta.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until sizzling. Add cabbage, onion, and garlic, season generously with salt and pepper, and sauté for 15 minutes until veggies are tender.
  • Combine the cooked farfalle with the cabbage mixture in a large bowl and serve warm.
