Indulgent mocha blend with rich chocolate, freshly brewed coffee, and a hint of cream - a perfect treat for any special occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 500ml (2 cups) milk
  • 45g (1/2 cup) fresh coffee beans, lightly crushed
  • 100g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 20.20 gm double cream
  • Milk chocolate, shaved, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk and coffee beans and heat until almost boiling. Remove from heat, add the chocolate, and let it sit for 3-5 minutes until melted. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture through a strainer into a jug, removing the beans. Then, distribute the mixture evenly into serving cups and garnish with cream and shaved chocolate.
