Cajun-style naan pizza with spicy sausage, peppers, and zesty Cajun seasoning on a crispy crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1 link boudin sausage
  • 1 tandoori naan bread
  • 0.25 cup prepared marinara sauce, or as needed
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 onion, sliced, or to taste
  • 0.25 green bell pepper, sliced, or to taste
  • 1 pinch Cajun seasoning, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Position oven rack 6 inches from heat source and preheat broiler.
  • Position the sausages in a baking dish and bake, rotating every 5 minutes, until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center, about 20 minutes. Verify doneness by ensuring the internal temperature reads 160 degrees F (70 degrees C) with an instant-read thermometer. Allow to cool before slicing. Lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Lay the naan bread on a baking sheet and generously spread marinara sauce on top. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Arrange sliced sausage on the cheese and top with onion and bell pepper slices. Finish with a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning.
  • Bake until cheese is gooey and toppings are piping hot, approximately 10 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before cutting into savory slices.
