Enjoy succulent Cajun pork cutlets with crusty bread and vibrant kale slaw for a delicious weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 280g yoghurt
  • 20.00 gm Cajun seasoning
  • 4 Pork Forequarter Cutlets
  • 400g pkt Fresh Kale Coleslaw Kit
  • Coles Bakery Pane di Casa bread, sliced, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together half of the yoghurt, half of the seasoning, and the oil. Season the mixture. Add the pork and coat it by turning it in the mixture.
  • Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork for 3 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Place on a plate, cover with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Follow the instructions on the coleslaw kit. Mix the leftover yogurt and seasoning in a small bowl. Add seasoning. Serve the pork with the kale slaw, bread, yogurt mixture, and lemon wedges.
