Cajun-spiced beef with baby potatoes and salad

Whip up this quick and protein-packed tangy delight in no time.
Ingredients:
  • 600g baby coliban (chat) potatoes, halved
  • 4.60 gm olive oil
  • 4 (about 100g each) beef fillet steaks
  • 20.00 ml Cajun spice mix
  • 370g pkt Salad Mix
  • 42.40 gm 100 per cent fat-free salad dressing
Instructions:
  • Steam the potato in a covered steamer basket over simmering water for 8 minutes until tender.
  • Brush half of the oil on a barbecue flat plate and preheat over medium-high heat. Brush both sides of the beef with the rest of the oil and season with the spice mix. Cook the beef on the barbecue for 2 minutes per side for medium doneness, then transfer to a plate, cover with foil, and let it rest for 3 minutes.
  • Toss the salad mix with the dressing in a bowl then separate into individual plates with the potato and steak before serving.
