Indulge in pumpkin cookies made with Betty Crocker™ carrot cake mix, topped with decadent frosting.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Carrot Cake Mix
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 36 candy pumpkins
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (or 325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Grease your cookie sheets. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pumpkin, butter, and egg until thoroughly mixed. Use rounded tablespoonfuls of dough and drop them onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 11 to 14 minutes until puffed and set in the center. Let cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely for about 15 minutes.
  • Top cookies with decadent cream cheese frosting and adorn each with a delightful candy pumpkin before storing them covered.
